I was raised in Bedfordshire before relocating to China to study medicine, and I really cherished my time there. A strong desire to help others inspired me to pursue a medical degree. While in China, I gained valuable insights into the culture and the motivations of different people, as well as the barriers that hold us back from success.  At the same time, I became aware of my struggles with low self-esteem and anxiety, which initiated my journey of self-discovery and transformation. This experience ignited my interest in psychology and personal development, prompting me to explore numerous books on the topic. Which led me to my journey of self-discovery and change. 

After completing my medical degree, I returned to the UK to chase my dream of becoming a cardiologist. However, I felt something was missing; the passion I once had wasn’t there anymore. Although I wanted to help people, I realized it might not be in the way I initially thought. This led me to explore other avenues and opened the doors to coaching to create my own path while still making a positive impact on others.

I eventually earned my diploma in coaching from the well-regarded Coaching Academy. Now, my life's mission is to empower others to break free from the obstacles that prevent them from living life on their own terms.
